Kardashians for Bebe Event on Rodeo Drive

OK, so I couldn’t take footage inside the bebe store, so I’m just going to have to write what happened inside. Basically there was a line for a meet and greet to meet Kim and Khloe and they were there for about an hour. The fans all received a Bebe lip gloss, an autographed photo of Kim and Khloe and got to take a photo with them. There was a DJ upstairs and beverages and tiny cupcakes with a K on it. While I was enjoying my orange juice the beauty salon owner of the third floor, called Vito Esposito asked me to come up to be a hair model! Who knew that there was a hair salon above bebe… It kind of reminded me of Japan, where there were individual stores located on different floors. Although my hair was already done, I went up while they took some video footage of me for some media.
They re-touched some of my hair and then I went back down to the 2nd floor of the Rodeo Drive Store. By that time, the Kardashians had left. Overall, I had a great time there, seeing and meeting people in the fashion industry and the Kardashians, and getting my hair done at Vito Esposito.

JPy + House of Glam Presents Industry hosted by Me

The new West Hollywood Spot, Club Industry is phenomenal. The club used to be Area, like I told you guys, but they jazzed it up, to be more of a bluish darkish color, and even has a Burger bar inside so people can have snacks while they drink. The crazy part is, AFTER I had the party on Saturday night, a few days later, Kristin Cavalleri and Audrina Partridge filmed The Hills there. Being a huge Hills fan, its cool to know that in their next few episodes club “Industry” is going to be their spot. Here’s the link that tells us all, that they filmed the Hills at the club. Right when I arrived there was a red carpet with a huge backdrop with the JPy logo, SBE logo, Industry logo, and the House of Glam Logo, everyone seemed to be so excited because this is the hot spot, and my friends who are JPy magazine and House of Glam got to the first ones to throw an amazing party there!

It was pretty cold that night, I brought a mini faux fur leather lined cropped jacket for the outside, which was 54 degrees in Los Angeles, and to us, that's super cold! Most girls wore mini dresses or skirts with tops. Tights if you wanted to add some class, and always a clutch to hold your essentials. Stilettos are definitely back for the spring, no wedges to the club, and everybody looked very nice and classy. Jeans isn't really an option for these type of upscale parties, for girls that is.

Black pumps are my ultimate fave item for the winter transitioning into spring. They are a basic black super high pump that makes any dress look classy and put together. You can either spend a lot for some super sexy ones like the YSL's or you can get some similar ones at Aldo, Bebe, Steve Madden, or Nordy's.

How I do my makeup, you can find on youtube, where I did my makeup tutorial. Hair curling, I use a 1 inch or a 1.5 inch barrel depending on how I feel and I curl outwards. Spray all the hairspray at the end, bottom up. As for Jewelry, I always wear at least 3 accessories, earrings, bracelets, and a ring (that's three). Another way is Necklace, and bracelet, and ring. Never wear too much, but accessories definitely make you glam, and shinier than others, lol.

It was really a lot of fun that I got to hang out with the JPy girls because I got to talk to them and use my Japanese skills! They were so cute and so much fun! Kana, Jen, and Ayumi really made my night a lot more fun! Thank you girls for hanging out with me, and we will definitely do it again!

Platform Shoes!

Like every girl, I have a crazy obsession with shoes, especially super high stilettos. I never really got into wedges because they are sort of like “wannabe” heels. I mean, the heel is connected to the front part of the shoe, not very hot to me, lol. But here comes a new trend – but if you look closely, they aren’t actually that new, they are vintage! The old school platform shoe that the men and women used to wear back, and Jessica Simpson has re-vamped them!

HELLZ BELLZ POOL PARTY!

Mink from Hellz Bellz & I @ Blue Velvet Pool Party

Summer’s almost over and I’m sooooooo sad because pool parties will be coming to an end soon! A few sundays ago, I helped plan a hip downtown LA pool party held by Hellz Bellz, PartytilAM, and 80’s Purple! It was held at blue velvet in downtown L.A. which has an amazing pool by the way and really pretty bar area and 2 DJ booths. We had tons of floaties which are my absolutely favorite, and tons of beach balls. We got the beach balls custom made which we made black, butttttt they didn’t turn out so well with the 100 degree weather. So FYI don’t make black custom beach balls! I had tons of fun hanging out with my friends and lots of people from clothing companies, especially my Hellz Bellz ladies! Thanks for helping us organize such a fun pool party!

I’m sure you guys have seen me around hollywood wearing these super glamorous headbands to pool parties and the clubs and everyone has been asking me where I got em! Well, I’ll tell you a secret, my friend Jovan Jane makes them herself and gave me the most glamorous ones! They are seriously to die for! The coolest thing ever is you don’t even have to use them for headbands! You can even use them as bracelets and today I used them on the commercial I shot! I’ve bought and tried out tons of sparkly headbands from Urban Outfitters and Fred Segal’s but these are by far the shiniest, most glamorous ones yet! For those of you who saw me on Paris BFF, most of you guys have made tons of compliments about my clothes. Well, I’m a girl and I love clothes and fashion is one of my priorities. I’m already starting to fall into the FALL craze, because I’ve already spent tons and tons of money buying every summer dress, cute swimsuit, and flat rhinestone sandals out there! Booties are back and Caged Booties are the “It” thing. I remember Paris wearing the YSL Caged Shoes in one of the BFF episodes and I also saw them in her closet!

They are really hot and are definitely something that the celebs are rockin’! I know this fall/winter we’ll be seeing a lot of them, because I already spotted some Givenchy caged booties on Kim Kardashian on MTV’s It’s On with Alexa Chung Wednesday morning! They aren’t the same YSL one’s because I’m sure tons of celebs have already played them out, but it’s the newer version of the Caged Bootie.

Legalize LA + Legalize GAY!

Onch & I at the American Apparel Sale

I am a big fan of American Apparel not only because they have such cute comfy clothing but because they are huge supporters of immigration reform. They created “Legalize L.A.” T-shirts and donate the proceeds to Los Angeles based immigration rights groups to help legalize undocumented workers in the U.S. I think its an amazing movement they’ve continued to make and progress.

So, today, I had a chance to go to their warehouse sale at their warehouse in downtown L.A. for fashion industry people and friends only. Everything was marked down, and nothing was over 20 dollars. I snagged a few hot items, some leggings, tees, and some socks. I remember American Apparel at the MAGIC show in Vegas and they were the biggest booth there! I got tons of free goodies from them too! So charitable.
